Acceptable Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction with product quality is guaranteed on all orders. If you are unsatisfied, you have five (5) days after receipt of shipment to notify our customer service team of your dissatisfaction by contacting us here or email us Auruw.inc@gmail.com. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of Auruw Marketplace. To print a return shipping label, please contact us here.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Should you return any item to us, you are required to pay the return shipping and product value losses, if any. All items returned must be shipped in our original packaging and include the original packing slip to be accepted. In the case of a request for an exchange, Auruw Marketplace expressly reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be unavailable.

Auruw Marketplace only accepts returns on Auruw® items purchased directly from our website. Auruw® items purchased from any other website should be returned via their website.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

Partial Refunds

Any item not in its original condition, not due to shipping errors, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may be subject to a partial refund.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

We process returns and refunds as quickly as possible upon receipt. However, if you experience delays with your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, and you may experience extended processing time through some payment services.
